I have a project to model this beer tap faucet, and am curious as to how more seasoned professionals would approach this challenge.
My first thoughts are to mainly use lofted surfaces to connect the 3 main circular holes, and then trimming as needed. Then using filled or boundary surfaces for the sides. I'm not too concerned with the interior geometry, just making an approximation of the exterior curves that looks correct.
This part does not need to be produced, it's just practice to get better with modeling.
