I need to show features for water-jet cutting of raw material and want to use the part drawing to do it.

I created the two dia's as construction geometry and made them visible. I created a drawing and added the view I want and it showed the construction geometry as expected. When I switched over from Draft Quality to High Quality it hid the geometry even after clicking Reset Sketch Visibility. Is there something else I need to do in order to use High Quality or will this not work with that setting?
