Dear friends,

please help me to make a mechanism in which a disc appox dia 540mm height 50mm of plastic PF, WOULD Rotate about its axis in clockwise as well as anticlockwise, but fixed between a angle such as 90degree, or 540 degree....

any suggestion , any mechanism is welcome..

please share your knowledge..
