I am using SW2011 with SP3.
We reworked several of our templates a while back. Now that we are into the double-digit months we are finding that the Date column in our revision table is not wide enough and when inserting a new revision the date causes an unwanted carriage return.
The revision table template has been updated to the correct width. The drawing template has been resaved with the updated revision table. However, any drawings that were created prior to correcting the templates have the incorrect revision table column width.
RMC, Format, Column Width, type, type, type, Enter... gets to be tedious. I tried double clicking on the column border but the auto-adjust seems to either do nothing or grab the neighboring column and resize that. RMC the drawing, Properties, Reload template is grayed out. Tried changing templates and then changing back but still no update.
Just wondering if there is a handier way to update the revision table to the current template? Something better than formating the column width.
Thanks, Daen
