i'm new here

I have a problem with a simulation... i will like to simulate a banan gate being pull out of it's tool.

I have simulation with my SolidWorks.

I made the sprue, runner and banana, then i made a simpel model af the tool/cast, it plastic injection.

Then i eject the sprue, runner and banana, i will like to know witch forces there have to be applyed for the sprue, runne and banana to come out of the tool. the arrow indicante the ejecter.
