I need to draw a curved line that need to have a fixed lenght. For example, I draw a line of 10mm and I want to flex it in 2 or 3 points with a custom angle, the total lenght of this line should remain unchanged. Something like when when I take a cable and I bend it or wrap it, the lenght remain the same. After that I want to create a rectangular shape around it.

How I can do this?
