I can model parts all day, put them in assemblies, detail the assemblies into drawings, then the next day, all the sub assemblies are totally empty and some of the parts arent anywhere to be found?
Probelms like this make me wish we never bought this piece of crap software.
I've been using this program for over a year now, and the list of annomolies like the one mentioned is several pages long. I'm completely fed up with having to redo work that I've already done. Thank god I make .pdf copies of the drawings, since several times now, that's all I have left after solidworks pukes and kills my work.
I'm really on the fence right now about wether it actually saves any time in the long run.
Can anyone explain to me where there is no autosave? I don't mean backup or autorecovery, I mean a solid autosave that acutally saves the part or assembly being worked on?
Angry and fed up in Canada,
Paul
