I am trying to make, for lack of the termonoligy, a spring loaded, push pin that drops 1/2" and twists 90deg then spring up into a pocket locking the pin.

I have tryed using 3D sketch but I have to fudge the numbers even to get it close and even then it ;eaves the cut surfaces incomplete. I hav also tried

usin the wrap tool but it leaves the path tappered.
