You have made it easy to tear-off the SW Resources menu, the Command Manager menu, and all of the other specific command menus.  But how do I tear off the FeatureMgr./Prop.Mgr./ConfigurationMgr. menu ?  I try to maximize my screen space, and with dual monitors it would be great to have one monitor just for the design window, and the other for all the menus.  But I have not found a way to tear-off the FeatureMgr/PropMgr/ConfigMgr menu that is always tied to the design window.  Suggestions ?
