how do I attach a geometric tolerance symbol to a feature on a part model

PB 2021-01-28

I want to attach a geometric tolerance symbol to the bottom feature of the part, (shown with red line), without a leader.

I can't get it to attach. any tricks I need to know to do this? I'm new to Solidworks so I'm still learning!
