How can I resize the drawing view to be close to the paper size?

I have an assembly drawing where I want to zoom up on a detailed area. I don't want the rest of the assembly to run off the page. You can see in the image below the drawing view is way bigger than the paper size (white rectangle). My goal is to shrink that drawing view down, but how?
