How can I add boss extrude patterns on a multi-curve surface?

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to model a screwdriver as accurately as possible, to get some practice in the semi-advanced modeling features SolidWorks provides. I'm stuck at creating the little bumps on the grip, and I was hoping someone could offer some advice.

As you can see here, the handle of the screwdriver is pretty detailed, with a lot of different curves. Notice the indented parts of the handles consist of three different curved parts.

Also, the indents are not parallel to any of the standard planes, but are angled. Two of the indents are parallel to Plane 2, which is on a 35 degree angle from the front plane.

So far so good. What I'm trying to recreate is this:

These little bumps are about 2mm high, including the rounded top, and 1.5mm in diameter. So far I haven't been able to find a suitable solution to recreate them in such a way that they all are approximately equally tall, and follow the curve of the surface.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
