I'm trying to use the hole wizard to create tapped holes on a concave cylindrical surface. It works fine if I arbitrarily place sketch points on the surface, but when I constrain the points (making them coincident with the axes of holes on a mating part) I get the error message "The hole could not be inserted due to geometry conditions."

Why o why o why? And how can I work around this?
