Does anyone know how to change the default values for throughholes from 'blind' to 'through all' in the hole wizard?

I have read that there are some registry keys and that the holewizard should remember the last selection, however I am using 2006where the registry keys do not exist and the wizard does notremember the last selection.

What is default.mdb for in the hole wizard folder?
