Is there a way to get all the hole tags from one view to cordinate with another view?

So A6 and A2 would both be just an A2 for example? So forth with all of the other holes. With this plate the holes are symetric but not for all the parts I need to make.

Also how can I get the hole table origin to use the same symbol as the dowel pin symbol?
