Hi guys. I am a new learner and really need help for my university project. The problem is, i try to do finite element analysis(stress tensor,deformation) using  solidworks simulation.

I need design a beam and when I try to run my simulation, the program shows wrongs for the restrictions. The type of beam that I design is a Fixed at One End, Free but Guided at the Other, with Load. (See this page http://www.slideshare.net/Jaganeye/cantilever-beams or figure) Can anybody help me to make the restrictions of the beam? How I make the restriction for the free but guided end? Because I don't know how make to design and analisys the beam.
