Does anyone have experience with this?  I would like to use flow simulation (various simulations ranging from Re=10^3 up to 10^5) to calculate the hydrodynamic force on an object and obtain a time history file from solidworks (force vs time) to perform a spectral analysis in Matlab.  I believe i can obtain the time history two ways:

1.  Set a goal, export to excel

2.  Set up a surface parameter, post simulation, export force data to excel. 

I believe i am seeing random "numerical noise" in my time history.  Does anyone have a recomendation on the best approach to obtain this force vs time data?
