My laptop with Solidworks software installed is too old and won't turn on. My company purchased a license for this software at a high price in the past, but when I tried to use it after a long time, it seemed to have broken down. So I can't run the Solidworks program now. I tried to find the Solidworks tech support email address, but it doesn't seem to be there. Do I have to call the official Solidworks contact number to find out? I'm very worried because I can't remember my current license or the user ID and password that were saved. However, I'm sure that my company (Genmega) purchased it. I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to solve this problem.
