Is there a way to take a flat "core pattern" and form it along a spline shape?

This flat part with features (holes, cutouts and radii) will be placed in a heated mould and formed into a shape that follows a spline.

I have looked at the flex bend command. This will form along a radius and adjust the features (position and shape).

I have looked at the deform command and doesn't seem like any help.

I need the features to adjust i.e. if there are two holes 6" apart the when "bent upward" along the spline the holes will get closer.
