Is there a way to search in SW Explorer for files for a specific hole feature?

Say I have an M12 hole, but I left the default M12x1.75 instead of M12x1.25.

Is there a way to search a list of files and return only the files that use M12x1.75?

Maybe find drawings with that callout? And just give me a list? So I can fix them.
