Having trouble with this. Modeled a piece of angle iron (and tried it with a weldment feature also), then used an equation to set the locations of 6 holes equally spaced over its length. Equation used is (Length dim/7). Cant remember exactly which D # it used, but doesn't really matter. When I change the overall length of the part, the hole locations should update, but they aren't. They are remaining in the original locations set by the original dimension. My colleague is having the same problem in an assembly file that was created by my predecessor. His dimension updates in the equation table, but nothing happens with the actual model when he finalizes the change, and the table resets back to its original value. Is there a setting that we need to change that we can't find, or are we just doing something wrong in the actual process? Any help would be appreciated as this is becoming very frustrating.
