Hi,

I am trying to create a cylinder from a flat part using the Sketched Bend feature. Conceptually, to make a sketch bend, I created a sketch line in the middle of the sheet and selected the face. However, Solidworks gives me the "Failed to make the Sketched Bend" rebuild error. I am running 2022 SP5.0 version.

To prove the bend, I have kept the bend at 90deg rather than 359deg like you would for a cylinder. I have tried to increase the bend radius but that has not worked either. For reference, the sheet is 0.25in thick. Screenshot below. File attached.
