I don't have a model for this because I'm not sure how to even approach this problem. I want to extrude a wave around a cylinder or cut it from a cylinder. I found this link for creating a wave but no mention of using it to create a boss or cut. This would be wrapping around a pipe, not a solid cylinder. Thanks for the help!
