We have been using EPDM 2012 SP1 for about a year and a half 2 years now with over a hundred installs. Now all of a sudden we a few users are getting the attached errors. Any ideas what this is? The users are all running windows 7 (32 bit or 64 bit). Some users have not changed operating systems or PC's since the orginal install and are now getting this error. I am at a loss.

Error 1 is from one user and Error 2 is from a different user.
