I'd like to do as the subject line says. When a a user attempts to transition a document to WIP, I want to be sure that they are reminded to fill out the at the very least the Change Order #, before proceeding with the file to the WIP state. So possibly something that will stop the transition, of the file because of insufficient data in the card, prompting a justification dialog, instructing the user to fill out the proper info.

I was looking in to using Dispatch, my attempts to use the add-in hasn't gone so well. so looking for a bit of assistance...thx.
