OK, so in the PDM Preview pane we use bitmap preview which looks fine (albeit fuzzy)

When you click the preview to enter SW UI preview or open the file with "View File" (aka in eDrawings) the list numbers and bottom wrapped text loses it's formatting. See the numbers move to the end like a bad text wrap around an image in Word.

The slddrw is obviously fine, just when opened in eDrawings which is an issue for view only users.

I have tried removing the wrap control, shifting away from the border, and setting a box with padding...the same result occurs. I do see that in eDrawings the file gets chunked into blocks for easier handling.
