Why is Edrawings 64 bit still nobbled after two years after the problems were found?

The 64 bit version still does not have the same functions as the 32 bit version!!

Pdmworks uses Edrawings for document infomation and so I have to also use the 32 bit version of Solidworks 2011 to use document infomation correctly.
