Hi, I have a user who got an EASM file and tried to open it in Edrawings 2012. He gets a messsage saying 'Error reading file'. I was able to open the file on my system but I am using edrawings 2014. I uninstalled and reinstalled 2012 for him, but that did not help. My next move would be to install 2014 for him. My question is: Is there a way to tell if an EASM file was created in solidworks 2012 or 2014 (for instance, in Word, you can tell if a document was created in an older version of word because it uses .doc, where as the files created in Word 2010 or later are .docx)? Thanks.
