Is there a way to control the scale in the Drawing Template rather than in the Sheet Format (sheet scale)?  I bring this up because when you change the sheet scale on one sheet, it does not stay the same as on the next sheet.  This is problematic when you use Custom Properties to drive your Title Block.  The "Scale" in the Title Block can be different on different sheets in this case.  This isn't desirable.  Any comments?
