I am no machinist so I have no clue what these mean exactly. I'm assuming they are denoting a surface finish but am not sure. I'd like to know the symbol meaning and letter designator at the end. The dimension is pretty obvious. I have circled (kinda) the annotations. The drawing is from a company in England if that make a difference.
