I was just wondering if many of the forum users here actually use the Solidworks 'Costing' function?

I know from experience that most companies will actually use an accounting package to facilitate their need for costings and inventory through to invoicing. Having said that, I was just curious as to how many SolidWorks users actually rely on or use the "Costing" feature?

Having a little bit of experience in this area, I found the tutorial for costing (SW2016 SP3) somewhat lacking, unclear and ambiguous. But, what I really want to know is if users have actually found it worthwhile to take the time to implement.

I guess I'm just seeking general commentary on whether it's worth setting up full on, or just give it a wide birth?
