running at command prompt:  regsvr32 "C:\....................sldpropertyhandler.dll  does not work, I always receive message "is not recognized as an internal or external command,.....

My sldpropertyhandler.dll is in C:\ Program Files\SolidWorks 2015

I am running command prompt as an admin.
