I think it is a necessary Feature in admin Image or in registry to give admins the Chance to disable the "Don't Show again" Button in the popup Windows. Many users klick this button and have no idea that the message did not appear anymore until they delete it in the Options.

If it is possible that admins are able to disable this button many Errors or "strange behaviour" in SWX will not be there anymore.

Save as a referenced part while the assembly is open, then one of the three Options should be klicked- if the dialogue is not htere anymore, the user did not think about what happens next and he replace a part although he will not.
