Every once in a while I when I make a drawing with a detail view the dimensions come up with odd looking leaders, in this instance the dimension that is supposed to be a simple linear dimension is coming out angled. Anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

This is an imported step file but it has also happened with parts I have modeled myself.
