Different Ideas views

There's been some debate about the current voting format of the Ideas tab.  Many older ideas have a ton of votes simply because they've been around longer.  Many newer ideas are being rapidly promoted back up to the top of the Ideas list, and are also getting more votes that other worthy submissions.  The Ideas tab does offer some options.  There's four different ways to sort Ideas:

Most Recent (in order of submission/re-submission)

Most Popular (in order of most number of total votes: up or down and some other mysterious criteria)

Most Discussed (in order of longest discussion thread)

Highest Score (in order of highest actual score: up votes minus down votes)

I may have come too late to the forum to have my submissions rank high in the votes, but there is one particular topic that is most discussed. That is the Idea to allow resizing of outlines for drawing and empty views: https://forum.solidworks.com/ideas/1292.  The second most discussed item is another long time issue of having the History Tree in SolidWorks actually represent a true history: https://forum.solidworks.com/ideas/1045.

The most popular Idea right now is the request to have SolidWorks cleanly uninstall itself: https://forum.solidworks.com/ideas/1030.  This is yet another old topic.

The Idea with the highest score is the request to fix a long standing bug: Angle mates that don't flip at random (https://forum.solidworks.com/ideas/1144).

The list of Ideas is growing so long now, it is hard to go through the whole list.
