I start off by making a solid model, mirroring it so I have a identical left and right side.

then offset faces, thicken to .1345.  At this point they appear to be identical. I then use the insert bends tool and this is where then ends of the joining offset faces change from left to right?? I've tried using the different methods of relief but its still not the same from side to side??
