I am running SW2012 sp0 on Windows 7. 

I have my design library pathed to my custom folder. However, I would like to have access to the default loaded library as well.  I have gone to the system settings and "design library".  I hit "add" but can not find the typical path to the default Design Library...  I don't even have a C:Documents and Settings folder...

Did the path change for 2012?
