Having now updated to 2016 from 2011, I have noticed that the file open window used to show the "Description" field underneath the file name and files of type... fields.(something i found quite handy with our file name / numbering system).  2016 does not show this. Is there a setting i can use to get this field back??? or has it gone in a supposed "improvement"?

If anyone could please advise I would be most grateful.
