Good afternoon.  I am running into a situation where i have created 2 derived configurations in a model of a hinge; basically a left-hand and a right hand.  Ther are 4 of these hinges in the assembly model (2 left and 2 right), but when I insert my BOM, it sees it as 2 seperates items eventhough the derived configurations are tagged "Link to parent".  When i change the part configuration grouping to "display configurations with the same name as one item", some of my ballons do not populate with the item number, only an asterisk.  If i change the balloon to a "custom porperty", it reads the property correctly.  I am overlooking something, but what?
