hi everyone

so this might be slightly confusing, so bear with me haha

i've made a block in solidworks from alternating layers (of parallel cylinders) at perpendicular angles to each other - so they form a net pattern in a block shape

my question: is it possible to cut out an organic shape from this block so that i have a final organic shape with a net body instead of a solid body?
