Hi,
In cut lists, the body aggregation algorithm has some tolerance issues that aggregate 2 different bodies in a single cut list folder.
2 rebar equal bodies:
Left rebar - top end:
Top rebar - left end:
Left rebar - top end - 45° conical surface:
Top rebar - left end - 3° conical surface:
Feature tree view - body sorting:
SolidWorks has a parameter "Cut List Sorting Options" > "Collect Identical Bodies" which doesn't help me.
Historically, I use this technique to differentiate 2 bodies of similar geometry which should not be grouped in BOM.
The amount of body forces me to keep the automatic sort feature, but in this case, I cannot.
There is a way to modify this aggregation geometric tolerance or a hack to solve this problem?
