Customer Portal Refusing Profile Changes

I couldn't find a more appropriate category for this, so it'sin "General". In attempting to change a setting in my Profile inthe Customer Portal, I get the following message when attempting tosave my changes:

 

An internal error has occurred within the authenticationsubsystem for the Siebel application. Please contact your systemadministrator for assistance.(SBL-DAT-00565)

Anything I'm doing wrong here? I'd like to sign up for Betatesting.
