In my drawing I have multiple box's for technical data that I had made a custom property tab for.  It easily populates all teh data needed by using this tab.

I made that last year and it works flawless.  I am trying to make another one now and I can not get it to work at all and I am hoping someone can help point me in teh right direction.

I made the Custom Property Tab. Its saved in .drwprp so it shows up in the drawing.  If I click on custom properties and click for template options, the file I made is listed, pops up and lets me enter the data I need.

Now my issue is, I can not link any of this to a text. No matter if I choose "Current Document", "Model in View", or "Component to which annotaion is attached" my custom properties do not show up in the drop down box for me to select.

Help please, what am I missing???
