Im trying to make a fender with a 1" flange on it. How do I get solidworks to run the 1" flange through the 6"dia. curved section of the fender? You see these on boat trailers, when they bend the curve the thin material in the curved area of the flange is floded to act like relief cuts. I need to be able to flatten this to send sheetmetal drawings to whomever I choose to make it for me.
