I'm working on a gimbal system for the International Space Station.  On my two axis gimbal I have to transfer RF signals from the base out to the payload.  One frequency is such that I have to use a Wave Guide system.  As part of that I'm incorporating a curved, approximately 135°, flex section at the antenna interface.  The flex section is made by hydroforming a peice of copper into a square corragated(sp?) section, forming to get the correct bend, heat treating to stress relieve and then brazing on the end fittings.  I have a rough model as can be seen in the picture below.

I need to perform analysis on this item to ensure it can withstand the launch environment combined with misalignment stresses.  Can anybody help me with how to accurately model this curved accordian type shape?  Thx!
