I need to create a pattern of holes/cut-extrudes around a circular surface that are normal to that surface.  They are not at regular intervals around the surface, and I need to be able to specify and modify the interval between individual holes/cuts.  Curve driven patterns will let me locate the holes in the correct place, but the axes are parallel to the original instead normal to the surface.  Sketch-driven or circular patterns will let me align the axes normal to the surface, but won't let me specify the interval.

Anybody got a solution for me?
