Creating a solid from two irregular surfaces?

Dear SolidWorks Users and experts,

 

As shown in the figure below, I have two irregular surfaces—one red (outer) and one blue (inner). I want to fill the space between these surfaces to create a solid. While one possible approach could be using the loft and knit features, lofting typically requires both surfaces to have the same number of boundary segments, which is clearly not the case here. Given the irregularity and unequal boundary segments of the surfaces, what would be the most suitable alternative approach in this situation?

 

Any hint would be helpful.
