I am trying to model an ideal fusiform aneurysm in Solidworks and I have succesfully modeled it as a hollow enclosed surface and as a solid object.  Now I would like to be able to export the part as a point cloud that defines the surface so that it can be used in some corresponding matlab code.  Is there a certain file format or conversion that I can perform to generate a point cloud that describes this shape?  Thanks in advance.
