This is more of a question of curiosity but it might be helpful.

I have parts with several configs. that I am detailing.

On one sheet I detailed config. 1 complete.

I then copied all the views to my clipboard and pasted them on another sheet.

There I changed the props. of each view to another config.

My question is the copy base point relative to the drawing border.

Sometimes when I paste to a new sheet, the views are outside the border or at least off center of the border and I need to drag them back in.

What controls the base point for copying and pasting?
