I've always wonder if it's posible to control suppressionstates automatically without a Design Table. For Example:
When I do a Pattern, since pattern can only have 2 or moreinstances, when it's Controled by an equation, the number ofinstances is relative to the lengt of the part, so if my part getsto short i get an error instead of suppressing the pattern.
It, would be nice if I could set an equation as this example:
\$STATE@Pattern1 = iif("Length">10,"U","S").
This way if my part is shorter than 10 my pattern woulg getautomatically suppressed.
So my questions is, If in Design Tables you return a value of "S"or "U" for the \$STATE@, how or where does the Table tell SolidWorksto suppress when the value is "S"?
any ideas???SolidworksConfigurations design Tables
